INITIAL DEPOSIT
To secure your preferred apartment, you place an initial fully refundable $2,500 deposit. This holds the property while the contracts are prepared, giving you peace of mind as you move to the next stage.
CONTRACT ISSUED
The contract is then sent directly to your solicitor for review and signing. This ensures you have professional guidance and a full understanding of your purchase before you proceed.
BALANCE DEPOSIT
Once contracts are signed, the balance of your deposit is due. This is 10% of the purchase price (minus your initial $2,500 deposit) and is payable within 14 days of signing. After this payment is made, no further funds are required until completion, which is currently anticipated for April 2026.
SETTLEMENT
Once construction is complete, your solicitor will receive notification that the project is ready to move toward settlement. Before settlement occurs, you’ll be invited to complete a pre-settlement inspection of your apartment. This is your opportunity to walk through the property, identify any defects, and ensure they are noted for the builder to rectify prior to settlement. Your solicitor will guide you through the final legal steps, including reviewing settlement documentation, liaising with the developer’s solicitor, and coordinating with your lender if finance is involved.
